How I look after your details
Last updated 4 October 2026
Family Leadership is run by me, Ong Chuan Long, in Singapore. This notice explains what I collect when you visit this website, take the 2-minute Readiness Snapshot or download the Conversation Starter, what I use it for, who else receives it, and what you can ask me to do with it.
What I collect
- When you take the Snapshot: your answers, your name, age, gender, race and religion, your email address, your WhatsApp number, whether you're a Singapore Citizen or PR, and your choice on the two optional boxes. If you came from one of my ads or links, the form also notes which one.
- When you download the Conversation Starter: your name, email address and phone number, through the sign-up form on my Linktree page.
- When we message on WhatsApp: our messages, which I keep as private notes so I can follow up properly.
- When you visit this page: how the page is used, such as clicks and scrolling, through the two tools described below.
Your Family Plan is different. We build it on your own device during our session, and I don't keep a copy.
What I use it for
- To prepare your personalised Readiness Report and send it to you on WhatsApp.
- To talk your Report through with you, and to arrange our call and your Family Plan session.
- To shape your Report and our session around your family, including the customs of your faith, and to see whether my service fits your situation.
- To invite you to a free call and session on WhatsApp, if you tick the box for it. If you don't, I'll check Singapore's Do Not Call register first. If it allows me to message you, I'll ask on WhatsApp whether you'd like to hear more; if not, I'll ask by email.
- To send you the Conversation Starter, and to check in afterwards in case you'd like help.
- To see how this page and my ads are working, so I can improve them.
I never sell your details, and I won't send you spam.
Where your details are kept
Your Snapshot answers and contact details are stored in Fillout, the form service I use. Fillout keeps them in the United States and protects them with physical, electronic and managerial safeguards against unauthorised access. A copy goes into my Google Sheet, which Google may store in data centres outside Singapore under its own security and data-protection terms. My notes of our conversations stay private on my own computer.
If you download the Conversation Starter, Linktree, the link page I use, collects your details under its own privacy notice and shares them with me.
Who else receives your details
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Only if you came from one of my Facebook or Instagram ads and tick the box that allows it, my system sends Meta a scrambled copy of your email and WhatsApp number, with the ad's click reference, so Meta can show me which ad brought you here. Meta's US company handles it for me: it uses the copy only to match it against its own records, deletes it once matched, and protects it with the security safeguards its business terms require. Meta may keep the record that the ad led to a sign-up for up to two years. Your Snapshot answers are never sent, and if you don't tick the box, my system sends Meta nothing about you.
- Nirvana Memorial Garden. If you decide to set up arrangements with Nirvana Memorial Garden, I pass the details needed for that to its agency, Zen Destin, and only with your agreement at the time.
No one else receives them, unless the law requires it.
The two tools on this page
Meta's pixel tells Meta when someone visits this page, so I can measure my ads and show them to people who may find them helpful. Meta and other companies may use cookies and similar technology to collect information from this website and elsewhere on the internet, and use it to measure and target ads. To opt out of ad targeting, visit aboutads.info/choices (or youronlinechoices.eu in Europe), or change the ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use this page, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, so I can see where the page is unclear. Microsoft collects this through cookies and may also use it for its own services, including Microsoft Advertising. You can read how in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The page still works without them.
How long I keep them
I keep your Snapshot or Conversation Starter details and our messages for 12 months after we last speak, then delete them.
If you set up a plan through me, I keep your contact details and the notes I need for as long as your plan is active. After that, I keep only the record of the sale: the payment records for five years, as Singapore's tax rules require, and a short note of what was arranged for six years, in case any question comes up later.
What you can ask me
- To see the details I hold about you, and how I've used or shared them in the past year.
- To correct anything that's wrong.
- To stop using your details. I'll let you know what that means, for example that I couldn't send your Report.
- To stop WhatsApp invitations, or sharing with Meta, at any time, even if you ticked the box.
- To delete your details from my records, apart from any sale records I must keep for tax.
Meta deletes the scrambled copy once it's matched. The record that an ad led to your sign-up stays with Meta under its own policies, so I can't delete that, but I'll stop sending anything more.
How to reach me
I'm the person responsible for how Family Leadership handles personal data. For any of the above, or any question about your details, email me at ongchuanlong@gmail.com.
Keeping them safe
I keep your details behind my own password-protected accounts for Fillout, Google and WhatsApp, and my notes stay on my own computer.
